A trial is the easiest way to see how the service performs on your own TV and broadband before you commit. We suggest you use the 24 hours to check:
- Picture quality on the TV you watch most – try an HD channel and, if you have a 4K TV, a 4K title.
- Live sport during a busy evening, when home broadband is under the most pressure.
- Channel switching and the TV guide – how quickly channels change and whether the EPG shows the programmes you watch.
- On-demand films and series – search, pause and resume.
- A second device, such as your phone or tablet, if you plan to watch around the house.
Getting set up quickly
Tell us your device in the form and we will send the right instructions. If you want to get ready in advance, our guides walk you through it: IPTV on Firestick, Smart TVs, Android and iPhone. Every other device is listed in the setup guide.
Before you start the trial
- Run a quick broadband speed test on the device you will watch on – aim for 15 Mbps or more for HD.
- If you can, connect your TV or streaming stick with an Ethernet cable, or make sure it has a strong Wi-Fi signal.
- Check your device has a few hundred megabytes of free storage for the player app.
After the trial
Your trial simply stops after 24 hours – there is nothing to cancel and no automatic charge. If you would like to continue, compare the subscription plans and message us to order; your setup stays the same.
